  • Background:

  • It appeared that HR spends half of their time answering typical questions for example: “which form of document to use in this case”, “how to organize vacation”, or “medical insurance support” etc). It took much time and were extremely annoying, that’s how the idea of bot who knows typical answers appeared.
  • Agency task:

  • Create communication to support HR-BOT launch. Give it name and tone of voice.
  • 1st: Name:

  • Search engine success stands on idea that there always will be my questions then answers. Corporate business is internal company world, where new-old questions arise with new employee. This is how we came to an important word: “WHAT?”. We consider “WHAT” is a most important word in company lexicon, because all questions typically starts with “what?” word. So, if WHAT is a most important word, why not to call bot who will know the answers: WHAT BOT.
  • 2nd: Idea:

  • After we created name, the idea was already there “Guess what? Ask WhatBot!” Because its WhatBot that knows everything in JTI Corporate reality.
